Implementation

QPI will budget certain number of days for handholding support during the process implementation phase. This will include Telephonic support and Onsite visits during implementation.

Provide telephonic support to the Core Team or the Project Manager during implementation up to 2 hrs per week (2 calls per week and max 1 hr per call, preferably after 6:00 PM).
 

Scheduled visits to clients:
 
  • Review the implementation status with the Core Team & Project Managers.
 
  • Help resolve implementation issues and provide guidance to the teams in implementation.
 
  • Help the Core Team and the Project Managers in clarifications in applicability of a process and usage of various formats, templates, checklists etc.
 
  • Attend Management Review Meeting, if requested by the Project Coordinator.
 
  • Bring to the notice of the Project Coordinator, any undue delays that may happen.
